This succulent is particularly striking when seen from above, where the shape that gives it its cultivar name is immediately obvious. Each textured leaf extends outwards in a rosette from the centre, but with a twist .
The growth pattern of these leaves gives a spiral staircase effect, leaving the impression that the plant is being very gradually twisted.
Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can cause scorching.
 
This plant will be happy in a freely draining soil mix and placed in a bright position with a little direct sunlight. Water when the soil is dry. Cut back on watering in Autumn/Winter. 
 
Supplied in a 8.5cm nursery pot.
