Your order will be delivered on a pallet by a third-party transport company using a tail-lift lorry and pump truck (no crane). The bags themselves are supplied individually on the pallet for ease of use, storage and distribution.

Lead times are typically 2-10 working days, although during peak periods this can occasionally extend to 15 working days. We will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and occasionally orders may leave us sooner.

Important Delivery Information

The delivery driver will leave the pallet on the nearest suitable hard standing surface accessible to the vehicle. Placement of the pallet is at the driver's discretion and may require a signature on delivery.

Please ensure your property is accessible to a large delivery lorry before ordering. Narrow lanes, steep driveways, sharp bends and other access restrictions may prevent delivery. If the delivery vehicle is unable to access the property and the goods have to be returned, we may be unable to refund the delivery costs incurred.
