We aim to process orders within 2 business days, although at busy periods this may take a little longer. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping details before you checkout. Missing information can cause delays. If we require further information we will email you (please check your spam folder). 

We ship to UK mainland addresses, and our nominated courier is Parcelforce. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of products in your order and their destination. Multiple parcels sent to the same address may occasionally be separated during transit and therefore could arrive on different days. 

Postal charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to calculate the correct price.

If you live locally, you're welcome to order online and collect from us - just select the 'pickup' option at checkout to avoid paying the shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange collection. Collection days are Mondays-Fridays 9am-3pm (no weekends or bank holidays). Visits are by prior arrangement, email:


If you wish to return an item to us, whether it’s because you have changed your mind or there is a problem with it, please contact us and include your order number. We kindly request that you keep the original packaging until you have spoken with us.

If you wish to return an item, you have up to 30 days to return it to us (excluding plants and perishables). You must contact us within the first 7 days to advise that you intend to return it. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Please note, we do not refund the original delivery cost or reimburse you for the cost of returning an item to us.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

Once we have received and checked your return, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.


Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If you receive something faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and details of the items affected.

Incorrect or Missing Goods

If we have sent you something you haven't ordered, or there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery informing us of the problem. 


Credit and Debit Card payments are processed securely by Worldpay and Paypal; Shell on Earth does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
