      Small order massive box !

      Good quality, happy with product. Only criticism is the massive box and amount of packing material used, why ?

      As a small business, packaging is something we spend a lot of time thinking about. After 7 years of trading, we've narrowed our packaging down to just 7 different box sizes, which allows us to efficiently pack thousands of different product combinations.


      I can see your order contained a few smaller items alongside one larger item, which meant we needed to use a larger box. We do sometimes have to use more packing material than we'd ideally like, but that's based on experience. Parcels can travel hundreds of miles and go through multiple depots, conveyor systems and delivery vehicles before reaching their destination, so we'd rather err on the side of caution than have products arrive damaged or broken.


      That said, we do appreciate the feedback and are always looking at ways to reduce packaging while still making sure orders arrive safely.
