Lightly weighted with flaxseeds, the eye pillow rests comfortably over your forehead and gently moulds to the shape of your face, blocking out light and enveloping your senses with calming fragrance.
 
The pillow can be used just as it is, but for hot/cold therapy:
Gently heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds, or on top of the radiator, or for a cold compress, chill in the freezer for 30 minutes; then slip over your eyes and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of the lavender.
