Glaze Variation Disclaimer

Please note that each Sid the Slug Trap is finished with a reactive glaze, which means natural variations can occur during firing. The glaze may sometimes appear more green (as shown in the product image) or occasionally have a slightly browner or olive-green tone. These subtle differences are part of the character of the piece and make each trap unique.

Meet Sid the slug catcher. He’s a ceramic slug trap that offers an environmentally friendly way to control slugs. Place the trap among plants that slugs are keen on.

Sid loves a beer and he's not too fussy on brands. Fill the reservoir with beer and let Sid do his magic.

Empty him regularly on your compost heap and refill for best results.

Alternatively he's a great gift or decorative ornament for the garden.

      Slugs love Sid

Popped Sid the Snail in a shady border next to an emerging toad lily, which was absolutely monstered by slugs last year. This year, the slugs are floating in a pool of lager in Sid's shell, so I'm calling that a win. And he looks fab! Thank you Sid 🐌

      Gorgeous!

Bought one for me & my mum - arrived quickly and well packaged. Both of us love them- cute and functional. A bit cold to leave him out yet but won’t be long
